Restarted the 30 Day Shred today. The weekend went to hell and I didn't do it. The perfectionist in me is making me start over at day 1. It went well. It's easier now that I know what to expect, and plus I'm sure every time I do it my fitness level gets a little bit better. I feel good. :)
Weight wise the past 3 weeks have sucked. I'm back to 195lbs. It's my prepregnancy weight, so technically I'm not doing poorly, but I was like 8 pounds less a couple weeks ago. Birthdays and poor eating habits have EVERYTHING do to with my weight gain. Luckily I'm back in full swing. Today was a very healthy eating day, and I worked out. Next week I'll have some weight loss to report, I'm sure.
Aidan is doing well. I think he might be in a growth spurt. He's been eating more ounces in less feedings, and sleeping a ton more than usual.
Mike & I are good. Our 5 year anniversary is next month so I want to try to find something nice for us to do that's cheap (even if it's just renting a movie and getting take out, I'm not picky!)
