So I let life get in the way of blogging here recently. Sorry about that! I've been low-carbing again (& therefore craving carbs like CRAZY since Friday) and focusing all of my attention on staying awake, fighting intermittent nausea, and avoiding any carbohydrate that doesn't come from a vegetable. Exciting!
Low carbing definitely works for me, for sure, but that first few days is hell to a carb-o-holic like me. I'm on day 3, so hopefully I'll get over my cravings soon. Last time I believe the cravings stopped around day 4 or 5. So I'm getting there. I'm down 2 pounds since Saturday though, so my body is dumping the water that carbs made me retain.
Gah. I'm bored. Waiting on my coworker to get back from BK. I got a double cheeseburger (without bun) and an order of the apple fries. I love apples. Nom.
Oooooh, he's back so I'm going to go pig out, sans carbs. :)
